Cumming Gallagher provided construction manager-agent services for the new 98,242 square foot Crandall ISD Smith Elementary in Crandall, Texas. Smith Elementary School is a Pre-K through 6th grade school with a capacity of 920 and contains 42 classrooms. The building includes a classroom wing, administrative offices, workrooms, conference rooms, and restrooms; as well as a clinic, reading/media center, cafeteria, playground, and kitchen. This school also has a gym which also serves as a storm shelter.
