Cumming Group provided cost management services for Netflix House, a first-of-its-kind entertainment venue where fans can interact with their favorite Netflix stories beyond the screen. Combining a variety of complimentary and paid activities, interactive entertainment, retail, dining, and more, these destinations showcase how experiential environments can engage audiences in new and innovative ways. Throughout the project, our team partnered with creative and technical stakeholders on the Netflix Experiences team to maintain consistent cost oversight, helping safeguard the project’s financial objectives while supporting its highly customized design vision. The Netflix House locations in Dallas and Philadelphia are proud milestones, demonstrating how thoughtful, collaborative cost management can transform ambitious concepts into fully realized, immersive experiences.
